Spots and stripes - Whoopsi Daisy DT

This week at Whoopsi Daisy we have a very nice challenge for you - Sport and Stripes.  Here is my DT card, where I used an image from sheet 419. 

My spots and stripes paper is from the MME collection Lost& Found Portobello Road

I used the dies from Memory Box - Bella Bouquet

and All Ocassions Label Die from WPlus9 

Lace Butterfly from Martha Stewart.

Here is what I have for you this week:

Spring for me associates itself with birds and birdhouses, so I decided to create the card using birdhouse template. The image that was given to me - Magnolia Flowers was a perfect fit.

I used some washi tape with birds to accent the bottom of the birdhouse.

CWLC #37 - Recycle

Today I would like to share a project with you, which I did for the challenge at Created With Love Challenges #37 - Recycle. This week we are sponsored by  Meljen's Designs.

I did not know what to recycle, but at one point I opened up my pantry and there I saw an empty can from Hershey's Syrup.

So, from what's above, I got a pencil/markers holder.

Here is the image a bit closer. I colored it using Prismacolor pencils.

CWLC #36 - Recipe 1,2,3 / Мамина любов

Hi everyone,

We have a wonderful sunny day here in the NYC area. It's so wonderful to finally have a taste of spring in the air. At the same time it feel weird not to carry a huge and heavy coat with myself everywhere. I was the only one wearing wither colors yesterday at church. Everyone else was into spring already. ))))

This week at Created With Love Challenges we have an interesting challenge for you. 

It's Recipe 1,2,3. You have to use one image, two designer papers and three embellishments. The sponsor of this challenge is Delicious Doodle Images.

For my card I used the Mother's Love image, two design papers, pearls, brads and a felt flower as embellies.

Here is the image closer. I loved this image, which I colored using Prismacolor pencils.

Минулого місяця в Арт Клубі UA стартувало завдання Квітчата листівка! Ми так чекали весли в березні, а вона якось забарилась і дозволила зимі бушувати все більше і більше. Щоб нагадати весні, що вона повинна розсипати квіти по землі, то ми робимо листівку на якій є багато квітів.

У мене створилась ось така листівочка.

April's Fool Day CWLC

Hi everyone,

What a busy three day weekend I had. Between cooking, cleaning and going to church for a lengthy services I am just exhausted. I am really grad that all of the cleaning and cooking is behind me and I can just enjoy celebrating Easter with my family. Especially, since kids have Spring Break this week.

Now, back to business. We have always celebrated the first of April back home. It was a special day for fun, because, on this day you can pull a prank on anyone, and they cannot get offended, no matter how silly or not your jokes are. So, in celebration of this day, we have a special challenge for you this week at Created With Love Challenges - April Fool's Day!
